I need tunes dealers or tuners please help!!!!!!!!!

First off I have a 2006 F-350 6.0 Powerstroke Dually with an automatic transmission. My current factory strategies are VXCF9H7, TQCKOHZ, and ARZ2AL11. My truck is completely stock except for a 5" straight pipe exhaust and I also have an egr delete. I am looking for one tune that is EXACTLY what my factory tune is but only turn my light off because of the EGR delete. Second I would like a Tow tune for my truck with the light turned off because of my egr deletion. I tow an 8,000 lb load with a race car in the trailer on a weekly basis. I currently have Eric's tunes from innovative diesel and I am very disappointed with them. I tried talking with Eric about the tunes and he blames the fault with my truck but I know better. First off I have an extreme race, extreme street, and a tow tune from him. I have never used the race file, but I drove around on the street tune for a while and it shifts way too harsh for every day driving. I do not like the hard hitting quick style shifts I am looking for longevity out of my truck and not having to overhaul trans anytime soon. I do understand that is normal for an extreme file so its just not for me. The other problem I have is I switched to the tow tune for the winter months and lost 5mpg I went from 15 to 10 mpg and had tons of excessive smoke smelled like unburned diesel coming out of tailpipe. When I kicked truck out of cruise when slowing down it would have a very harsh buck jerk feel which I don't like and again I am looking fro longevity out of my truck. I contacted Eric about my problems with fuel loss on the tow tune and about the excessive smoking and he blames my truck saying something is wrong or I am doing something wrong. I explain to him that when I return to stock truck works flawless and he never gets back with me. So I want tunes from someone new. Like I said Only want a stock tune with the egr monitor off and then a tow tune for apps towing around 10,000 lbs. Let me know what you have and drop me a price as well thanks Gene.

I have spoken with Matt 3 times now. I would already have his tunes but the sct I received had an issue and had to go back to them for service. He is creating a tune for me that is only egr delete, transmission tune and adding in the jakebrake for me. There will not be a power adder (he said maybe like 10hp only because it has to have something on it). I tow 16-17,000lbs and will not tow with added hp. I am also getting his 2 performance files.

The reason I recommend him is that I too have called for Eric 3 times now and no answer back....I called Matt 3 times on his cell phone at various times of the day and guess what....he answered and helped me through my issues. To me customer service is everything, well almost. I have also heard many good things about his tunes and the way the trans shifts so there is my pick.

Both of them are great tuners. I prefer Matt's SRL over Eric's Extreme tune now a days. And yes, Matt's customer service is Great!

Enjoy your tunes

You're not going to find a better solution than Matt @ GearHead...he is genuinelly a very nice person that is very easy to speak with and takes the time necessary to understand exactly what you're looking for in the way of a custom tune. He even wrote me a Street tune that has a 70 mph speed limiter on those occasions when the kids or valet will drive my truck. You gotta love this guy. He is absolutely the most responsive person I have ever dealt with in regards to providing an outstanding customer service ethic and has become the predominent custom tune writer.

What does slr stand for? And if you didn't know the xcal tuners offer the option to remove the speedo limiter or set it to a certain speed... The lowest being 60mph. If some one has my keys it is in a low hp tune and the limiter is set to 60mph
