Help with performance mods
Okay so I just bought an 05' F-350 King Ranch. Its got the 6-8" Kelderman air ride full system and its on 37" toyo mts. The truck has 5"MBRP stainless exhaust, some sort of aftermarket cai. It also has a Banks six gun and a Bully Dog power pup, both of which are uninstalled. I have heard about tuners lifting heads etc, and I will probably never tow anything or drag race in the truck. Should I sell the tuners or is either a "safe" and plausible mod for me to have? Thanks.

Sell them and get a custom tunned SCT

Imo I would sell both of them and get an SCT with custom tunes and gauges, that way you can go as mild or as wild as you want.Tunes can be writen to be easier on stock head bolts(although no tune is totally safe).
Also custom tuning is much better for the transmission than either of the tuners mentioned above.
