Best Tow Tunes

I am just starting to tow with my truck. Right now i am using cales 140 tune which is working good but i just bought a gooseneck and will be towing around 22,000 lbs on a regular basis. Who makes the best tow tune, i know that innovative makes and aggresive tow and cale makes a 100hp tow. Which one is better and what are the pros and cons.

My honest advise is if you're going to pull that heavy then either run a transmission tune only (with EGR shut off) or stock tuning. That's a lot of weight for a 350. Do you already have headstuds and/or an EGR delete?

if your trucks a 94 f250......i wouldnt be towing 22k with it...... but i would go with a tw tune or a bts,swamps any of those guys are good.

I dont think he's talking anout a '94 mentioning the tunes he did, and mentioning Cale and Innovative, plus this the 6.0 section.

I agree with this. Also add in turbo braking

Hey Bud, Ya i got an 05 F-350 with a 6.0, I guess i should re word what i said. After doing some calculations i should gross around 24,000. I would defiantly get the turbo brake included.

I have cales 100hp tow with turbo brake and its flawless. The most I pull is a 10,000 lb trailer. His tunes are reasonable enough to try out, I don't know if I would try pulling that much with 100hp tow, but start light and see how the egts are.

Go stock or run a transmission tune. That much weight you shouldn't be running tuned. I have a 5th wheel that when loaded is about 18K and I was told by several tuners to not pull tuned....
