truck ecm reflashed

hey guys i have a 2004 6.0 with afe stage 2 and 5'' exhaust. i just had the dealer reflash my ecm today. i went from a vxap1n3 strategy to a vxap2n2 strategy. i have been getting poor mileage and bad cold weather starts. so i figured id start with a reflash before throwing parts in it. my question is do you have to ask for the heat inductive flash or is that automatically in the new flash. are different flashes for different trucks? im assuming this is the newest flash from ford? any help would be great thanks!

I have the same strategy code and am wondering the same thing so...
