I just did the egr delete and when i was removing the turbo I was missing a bolt on the turbo pedestal I was like WTF then i pulled the pedestal out and there was the bold laying under it... and i see that i have a re-manufactured turbo which is cool I guess but I don't want any one working on my truck also unless its somebody from here doing something that I cant do or don't want to do

Do not do them one at a time or you will be doing them again. Pull the cab or the engine and do it right the first time.
