edge juice with plat.

ok so i have an edge juice with platinum on my 04 f250, an have had it a few months. love it! The other day when i cranked the truck in the morning, the edge had completely flashed itself. it was like i had just installed it. i had to resest everything, and it would give me the little warning agreement thing just like when it was new. Right before it did that, my truck was shifting kinda funny. I figured it was the 3rd gear spike everyone talks about. any insight?

yea, the edge is on the way out..thats what they do before they sh!t the bed..its a warning. And that spike is called shift flare..its very common with edge products between 3-5 gear change and its really bad on clutches.

I would contact Edge about this problem. I have an 06 and it came off an 04. I'm having no problems with it at all.

so i did as ya said an contacted edge. they immediately sent me a a whole new kit(monitor, wiring harness, an new module). No questions asked! the truck runs more efficiently now. That module was jacked up from the beginning. I have more power now, and better fuel mileage. thanks fellas
