ID FICM Tuning Done, Something is Wrong!

So I installed my new moderate tuned FICM from ID last night and my truck ran great out on the test drive. My truck sat until i had to go run errands tonight and i got in it to start it up and it almost didnt start. It was like the worst cold start ever! The idle was 10 times worse than i have ever had it be before I honestly thought the motoer was gonna stop turning over and it was like 55 degrees outside. I had to let it idle for over 5 minutes just to let it get a little smoother and it was still rough as heck after that
Has anyone ever had this happen with a ID tuned FICM?

The crappy start ups are normal for a truck that has a tuned ficm. Plugging in your block heater will help out a lot.

My truck does the same thing i am pretty sure its because eric takes out the heat inductive flash. Its gettin down in the the 30's here and when i start my truck it seems like its going to come apart.

Which FICM mod did you do. The race or the street?

The race hates the oil below 150 and runs rough until it gets there

I've got the mild FICM flash from Eric and mine doesn't do that. That's exactly the reason I didn't go with the moderate or race flash (the race flash isn't even recommended for daily drivers, only seriously modded trucks).

I got the moderate tuning done, ted at ID said that tune would be perfect for my truck and he said that what everyone was going with. I plugged it in over night so im about to go start it in a little bit to see if it helps out at all

Sounds like the inductive heating was covering up injector issues you have. Mine starts like crap below 40-50F and I have an early '03 flash without heating. I'm looking at FICM tuning, but not sure since Eric doesn't use inductive heating. Not sure if he can use it if requested.
