03 10 vane Turbo?

Got a couple questions about the 10 vane turbo. I am considering getting one of these just for the whistle of course. If you are looking at a picture of one will it look different then a 12 vane or 15 vane? I have seen some turbos for sell on ebay and craigs list that didnt say what year they come out of so I was just wondering visually what to look for to tell what it is.

Also, besides craigslist and ebay is there anywhere else to get them? is there a manufacturer that still makes them new or can you only get a 10 vane used? If I buy a used one where is a good place to have it reconditioned before I install it?

Ask the seller to count the fins on the exhaust side.
