I don't know about aftermarket, but I was told by 2 guys you could run up to about a .082 jet on stock injectors.

I never put a kit on my truck, ran low on $$$. I have studs in the truck now anyways, I wouldn't think about using spray with the stock head bolts. Eric just told me to use the tune I had from before the studs because of the timing being less. This is because the nitrous would add cylinder pressure.

What does nitrous do for your EGT's

Yeah the setup he has can be pragramed by your laptop. He has his set so it will start spraying at 5lbs so the boosted launched are pretty wind spraying off the line.

If you know your stuff, you can build one for less than half the price of a "kit".

Personally, I found a bottle for $35. NX nozzle is $25. Large NX solenoid $140. Switch from Radioshack $5. Braided lines for $50.
$255 total.

I would make your own its pretty easy and much cheaker.... If you get a nitrous tune from eric you will be able to run a no jet on a one stage which is .110 size.....I havent really got a chance to mess around with the jet size but i do know before i got my FICM tuning (that now dumps in more fuel) i ran a 13.1 on stock sticks but that was with a two stage setup .110 (no jet) in the first stage and a 100HP jet in the second stage.. Way to much air that was slowing me down.. Got the FICM tuned went back to a stage one with a no jet (.110) and ran the truck against a carmao SS with some bolt on but i had an High pressure oil leak to so iam sure i lost some power there

The "no jet shot" depends on the solenoid. There's several sizes.

Check here for the different parts and sizes on just NX:
Nitrous Express » Next Generation Nitrous Oxide Systems

Personally, I'm going to go with the 15300L. It's the largest and least expensive before you get to the big dog solenoids. Should be good for another 500hp, but I'll just jet it down for what I want.
