I still havent sprayed mine but with nitrous and diesels you can spray too much, just you will lost power at a point and need to go to a smaller jet. or worst case, you will spray too much and stall your motor. otherwise, start with a relatively small jet, work your way up in jet size to where there is a slight haze going down the track. it takes time to dial it in with the jet size but ive driven a cummins with nitrous and it feels like nothing else.

Wow, so nitrous is pretty safe for diesels!! Is there any other use for it other than the track?

Do you guys know of a jet chart for size vs. estimated HP rating?

Perhaps those of you with kits already can show us the jet sizes that came with it?

Personally, I've always liked NX, but things may be different in the diesel world. NX always has the better designed nozzles and accessories.
Solenoids and lines are all the same.

NX has some good setups. I know the nx system my dad is running is controled off of boost. The more boost the more spray. all the way up to a 250hp shot. Cant remember what jet he is running though.

I always love telling gas engine people that I can run as much nitrous as a want and I can run the engine as lean as I want. The only problem with those two setups is it might stall. Diesels are awesome, gas engines are... well

i had a zex nitrous kit, but never installed it..everything looked like it was in a very nice kit..and it was controlled of the TPS??? switch, i think that is what its called..so it can sense where your throttle is and spray accordingly
