Need help..SCT w/ Edge Insight +Eric's Tunes
Hello,
My edge insight gauge shows N/A on some readings when custom tune is loaded. The readings shows as they should when returned to stock. I called SCT, they don't seem to know what's going on. Eric seem to think it's not his problem. I don't think it's the Insight b/c the reading are all ok on stock file. Anyone having similar issue? What's the fix? Thank You. |

Try going to SCT Automotive Performance Products click on tech support in the menu beneath the sct logo. Go to the bottom right and click on tech support videos. then choose "updating your x3 or livewire flash device". watch the video and do everything at the same time as they do. You will need to pause the video sometimes and you will have a couple of windows opened on the pc but it should guide you through all the stuff for updating. hope this helps, and good luck.

Under the main paratemer selection screen, there are a few category's you can pick from under the menu selection. One category is Ford, the other is on the root of the menu, etc. Try picking each version of the parameter to see which one works, they will look in different locations for the data.
