Talked to Casey (great tech) he said they now have 3 other cases with same problems as mine. all 2004 PSDs with SCT custom tunes. He past it on to the engineers finally and said they will try to get to it soon but don't have an estimated time b/c they are working on a new platform and that is their priority right now. They are going to have to try and replicate with 04 PSD w/ SCT custom tunes before troubleshooting.

They also said a lot of the techs are out at SEMA... so it may be a few weeks.....Bullsh*! This should be a priority!!!! paying customers...not future customers and products.

That's all I got.
Exact same here....Casey is a Super nice guy and is trying very hard to help, but its not his to handle as far as importance. I like the thought of simple plug and play, but this aint simple, and I cant feel good when playing.so I may not be keeping mine. analog gauges dont have this problem, and are more precise anyway. And just for the record....I love this damn tuner.

I am not going to send it back tomorrow or anything, I like the idea of the insight....thats why I got it. But if its not resolved fairly soon....then other options may come into play. At least while I was on the stock setting I found out my truck makes 26 psi of boost anyway. I always wondered what it made. It may have made a little more, but I was outta "closed course" road to find out.

You will love the insight. Believe me, there are a lot more of us out there running the Insight without problems than people with problems.

The insight is going to monitor a lot more than regular gauges and it is a helluva lot easier to install

I agree 100% This doesnt need to become another "the 6.0 sucks" kinda thing just because a few people are having a problem. There are 3 or 4 reported cases to edge right now that they are dealing with. Edge makes good products and from what I read everyone loves their insight a ton, enough for me to get one and abandon the traditional gauge idea. This will get worked out, and we will all be happy. I would say go for it, the only way that I will get rid of mine is if its going to take months to get it resolved, and by then the new one may be out.
