just my opinion but I dont think anything bigger than a 66 would be a practical turbo. a 66 and 200 cc injectors should be close to 600. go with 190s and a 64. you will be at 550 streetable horespower or a little more, less lag and if you want a little more, get some nitrous to clean up the extra fuel for the track. just my opinion. I have 190s and stock turbo, nitrous too. I have alot of fuel.... a 190 cc injector is not small. Personally I wouldnt go bigger than that. If you do, it will be hot and smokey under most daily driving conditions...I dont see a 68 spooling well under everyday conditions. for most, 155s and either a modded VGT or 62 non vgt will be around 500, very streetable and will give a nice kick when daily driving. I see 800 or so egts while on the highway so just a heads up. I dont see a streetable 650 hp out of a single charger. I have been towing with mine a bit more the last few weeks, it gets hot quick but be careful, I cant think of a 68 or bigger that will be suitable for everyday use... towing will be out of the question with a single that big. if you need 650 STREETABLE hp, look into a good set of compounds or a procharger setup...

I'm with these guys. A 68mm with 215's, thats ridiculous, I wouldn't run anything bigger than a 66mm turbo. Honestly I think you would be able to get the numbers you are looking for out of a 66mm with the right sticks and tuning.

a 66 and 205's has done 596 I think it was..add some spray and you could be 650ish and still have a streetable truck

most people dont realize how much HP 500 feels like. theres a big difference from 500 hp compared to the 400 or so you will get from good custom tunes. 500 will be more than most will ever need and ever want. dont get greedy on the first setup, its easier to upgrade turbos and injectors then to go back to a smaller setup. when my 190s were installed, it was a huge difference from stock and I dont want anything more for the moment being. eventually it will have a bigger turbo and possably injector setup but not for the next few months. I think 155s-190s and a 62-64non vgt is the ideal daily driver setup.
