Boost ?

I had head studs, gaskets and Egr delete done, Also latest reflash, @ 1 year ago, now Im only seeing 25psi of boost, is this from the reflash, or should I be looking for something else, I use to see 30-32psi, also since the work, no smoke and feels down on power, I just had to replace my FICM last week.
Thanks

When I recently got my truck back from the dealer after 2 weeks it max boost is 26psi, that is what the tech told me should be the max too. Of course that is on the stock tune. SCT will make it boost higher.
