Help!! Error Codes when trying to Program SCT X3

Okay it's the weekend and I'm trying to program my truck. I've loaded the 3 tunes in the SCT. When I go through all the steps to attempt to program it gives me Error Code 1019 and 1009 (Unlock ECM Failed and Upload Stock Failed) What am I doing wrong.

Figured it out. I wasn't turning the key to on fast enough for the program to start.
