Need opinions if any available for more HP/TQ

I have a late build 2005 6.0L 34K with not one problem.
I have a turbo back exahaust, no cat
AFE intake, Accufab elbow and ID Xtream Race tune.

Aside from something major, what else can I add to the truck for more power?

I have local grudge match I need to win. 06 DMaxx stacks, canned Edge and intake
I have ext. cab 4x4 w/ 17's and stock 31" tires he has a full 4 door on 20's

03 turbo swap....... is about all I can think of thats not major... egr delete??? few hundred bucks add some NOS...... will make some great power and its fairly safe. Those dang d-maxes...... just spend the cash for STAGE I TURBO OR VGT 62MM
