What tuner do I need?

I have a 2004 F350 dually with a service bed.Used for work and sometimes towing a light trailer,under 5,000 lbs. I did the EGR and cooler delete and have a CEL now.Mostly interested in getting rid of the CEL and better mileage.I have a line on a Superchips tuner used, not sure which one.I have heard these can only be used on one or two different trucks before it shuts down and you need to pay Superchips to reactivate it. Any truth to that? I'm getting between 11 and 14.5 mpg now, mostly in town and some mountain highway,sound about right? Thanks for your help! jim

get SCT with some custom tunes. innovative, cale, etc. theres a lot of custom tuners available.

If you can get a used SCT111, you can get great tunes sent to you by Cale@ BTS

I learned because my truck started life as a chassis truck that getting tunes is a little harder. Superchips wont work on it at all and they offer no downloads for it. They recommended SCI and custom tunes.
any chassis truck owners out there with tunes? I'm not looking for more power, mostly to remove the CEL and better milage, tho more power wouldnt piss me off. Anyone need a deal on a Superchips 1704?

Have fun with getting tunes from Cale. I'm sure they're good, but it's very hard to get ahold of him...
