SCT x3 or livewire??

hey guys im prolly gonna be getting a 6.0 pretty soon here and im new to SCT and all that..currentely running a edge evo on my 7.3

im deff gonna o with SCT and cutsom tunes from I.D. (been reading alot of good stuff bout I.D.) but which SCT programmer do i go with??..the x3 or livewire??..

i like the way the edge is your gauges as well as tuner..so i kinda wanna do the same this time around...from what i can tell isnt the livewire the same thing???..but i dont notice anywhere that it reads EGTs..and the egt probe on SCT's website is like 200 something bucks!!??? wtf?

so what do ya'll know about the livewire..and which do you think i should go with?..x3 or livewire.

im open to any ideas and such so just let me know what ya think

best bet is an x3 for the tuner and a edge insight for the gauges..its a really good combo, I will shoot you a price for the combo.

Hey, sprocket. You already have your guages if you have the Edge Evo, so why spend the extra $ on the livewire. Get the SCT x3 and use your Edge for the guages. That is what I plan to do when I get the $ to get the SCT. I talked to the guys at I.D. and that is what they recommended when I told them I was thinking of upgrading to the SCT.
