mpg and smoke with non vgt?

i have big injectors and a bigger vgt turbo and am considdering getting a bigger turbo to compinsate for the injectors. whats the smoke and mpg on a non vgt. im looking at a 64/71 with an 80mm exhaust housing to go with 225 casserlys

Your smoke will be tremendous with an 80 housing and 225’s. Not a good idea of daily driving at all. That combination right there won't start spooling (1 or 2 pounds of boost) until you are around 1900-2100 rpms and you won't have any real air until you are around 2500 rpms.
