how to get tunes from computer to x 3

i got my x3 sent my strategy number to innovative diesl now when they send my custom tunes to me how do i get them frome email to my x3 do i have to download something so my x3 is on my computer first or do i just plug it into my usb and download tunes ?

just want to get it right

i had to down load a new version to get them on my tuner but all you need to do is log on the email click on the attachement and hit save then plug the tuner to computer and open live load ford and start downloading from there hope this helps goodluck

You need the software from SCT's website. Just google search it, then follow the websites instructions to download the software, then plug the X3 into your USB slot and load them up. Its easy to do, might take a few minutes your first time, but you'll see its simple.
