about sct with innovative diesel tunes

im going to buy a sct x3 from innovative diesel how do i get the custom tunes from them i called them but i was confused with what i had to do

they said something about them sending me the tuner then i had email them a number in order to get my custom tunes ???

any help will be nice thanks

They send you the tuner. You then plug it into your truck and view the PCM strategy. Email or call them with that info. After that they email you the tunes. You load them onto the tuner and then the truck

Yeah Eric will take good care of you, you made the right choice! I just got a tune from him and its great.
