which programmer do you suggest...

i have an 04 sc srw f350 with the 6.0l, it is stock accept straight piped... what tuner and intake setup do you guys suggest that is the best deal giving the best usable power for the money? i am new to the diesel world and wondering what brands to go with.... thanks for any and all comments...

Best for the cash is to keep the stock intake (its good for 500+hp) sct tuner with custom tunes and a quality set of gauges or similar digital monitoing device to watch your temps do a search and you will find this a VERY COMMON QUESTION!

Ditto on the intake. I use a SCT X-CalIII, With a street,tow, and Looney tune. My truck is stock except for a MBRP Turbo back exhaust. And EGR delete. At 30,000 mile and running great.2007 F350 PSD 4x4...Good Luck

the only thing i would ever put on a 6.0L is a custom tuned SCT like the X3 with innovative tunes and a set of regular gauges...

where do i pick up said product... and what does it mean by custom tuned? again i am new and know nothing... help me out guys

and where is the best place to get the gauges at? what are the most important gauges to buy when running a tune on a diesel? thanks. dustin

any diesel performance shop.........sct custom tunes are tunes designed for your truck.... shifting, converter lock up, power band ect..... only way to go

about how much does that cost on top of the price of the tuner? and what gauges you suggest i buy? thanks

SCT Tuner with custom tunes from Eric at Innovative Diesel. As far as gauges go, I would recommend the Edge Insight.
