I was wondering if the diablo sport preator chip is any good for the 6.0 stroker

What is ppe i have never heard of that tuner and i was just wondering what you didn't like about the predator?

The predator is known to kill the head gaskets. I assume to much cylinder compression from timing. They are suppost to be updated now but I wouldn't trust it. The ppe claims big numbers but fails to deliver. The ppe tuner claims 200+hp but that is fly wheel hp and equates to 150-160hp if you figure driveline loss. Also the ppe does not tune the tranny as well as the sct. Get a sct tuner and save some expensive repais. Sct custom tunes are avalible with the highest hp programs as well as trans only and milder tunes. I run a race file that is rated 150+hp daily and it runs great

My #1 vote is sct with cale or erics tunes................ even the tunes that come with it are good. The tranny adustability is worth it alone

PPE are mainly used on Duramaxes, not so much on a 6.0. Everyone knows SCT is the best for the 6.0's. Period flat out. Theres a few vendors out there but there are a few good ones. Matt, Eric, Tadd, Cales, Josh, Doug, etc etc

Well after the good info you guys gave me i think i am going to get the sct x3. Is that a good choice?
