I know, it's cliche. (HELP!)

Greetings all,

F250 newbie here. I recently purchased my first F250, '06 6.0 crew cab, she's a beauty! I told my wife I wouldn't spend any money

(...much money) on the truck. Eh, I have to do something. I've already got the itch for more power.

I have cut the muffler on back off. Sounds great, not much of sound difference except when above 2500RPMs. No harm right?

Is there anything else I can do right now while finances are tight here at my place...?

Sorry for the cliche... I know everyone has seen this type of thread posted somewhere somehow.

Welcome to the ORG! That won't hurt things at all. In fact, quite a few folks are running straight piped, while I know of several that have the exhaust dumped exactly where you did it. Sorry you were bitten by the mod bug; it's gonna get bad before it gets better, I'm afraid!
