EGR Shut off with SCT

I seen a post the other day bout this and can't find it. So will my custom tunes from cale turn off my egr valve or do I just unplug it myself. How does that work?

what I recommend is when you tune the vehicle drive it normal and tip in to it once and a while for 30 miles and then you will be good to go.
