Where do I go to download the software to upload my custom tunes when cale sends them to me?

go to the SCT website.... here: SCT Automotive Performance Products
download the software from the bottom of the screen in the drop down menus -Raul

I tried and it will save but my computer keeps saying it cant find a program to use to load it. I have a new computer so thats not the problem. What do I do?
