Which Injectors

hey guys and girls,

i am in the process of searching for injectors and i have just a few questions for the ppl who know way more than me, i work jets and dont have alot of time for working the truck. either way i was wondering best bang for my buck, what kind of fuel economy gains/losses you have experienced, and last but not least with a fairly good amount of mechanical ability yet again from tearing jets apart will i be able to install them on my 6.0 in lets say i weekend and a few cases of beer? that just might have been one of the longest sentences ever thanks for any help im off to go turn some wrenches.

It all depends on what you want to do with the truck. If you plan on sticking with the stock charger and still want to tow, 155cc sticks are really popular. You will here time and time again to not go above 190cc in a daily driven truck. You can run 190cc sticks and a stock charger, but towing is almost out of the question unless you have Eric pull a lot of fuel out of them.

As far as you installing them yourself, its not that hard at all. It just takes some patience and a little bit of time. There is a thread on here with a complete write up that is really helpful.

I know there are a few guys running these injectors, maybe they will chime in here soon. If not do a search and you should be able to find some threads about people running these injectors.
