SCT tuner problems
The wife bought me an Xcal2 with 4 unlocks left, and when she hooks to my truck to get the strategy the tuner does not turn on. The Xcal will work when it is hooked to the computer. Is there a fuse for the plug? I will not be back from Saudi till November so it is something simple.

If nobody on here can help you, you could give sct tech support a shot...
SCT Automotive Performance Products I already looked through their FAQ's with no success, so I'd say email or call them.

its a blown cigarette lighter fuse, replace fuse and try again.
