Signs of failing turbo seal

when I start the truck cold and I let idle for about 5 minutes and it will smoke the whole time.....like a faint white or fuel mist color. When I pull away and accelerate up to 45 mph, like right when I pull away it will puff out a blue/white cloud of smoke. Could this be a failing turbo seal alowing oil to go through the engine? I already have arp's, egr block off plate and my tech checked my ficm and it was burned up so that was replaced 3 months ago.

This is driving me crazy!!

i have a 7.3 but when my gtp38r went bad it poured blue and white smoke, also had oil com out the exh.
