livewire 9600 help

I just purchased a 9600 on ebay. I downloaded the latest firmware and tune files from sct. When it tries to upload any tunes to my truck it says 1033 error low vpp..I talked to SCt and they said to rey it with a battery charger on and check my fuses. I have done this but no luck. The monitoring seems to work but the text shows vss and ect. Just wonderong if I can change that to speed and Coolant Temp. Thanks

I tried to connect my 9600 to my 6.0. I am getting an alert light at beginning of upload then 1033 low vpp error. My fuses are good and I have tried with a battery charger on. Neither have worked. I was told by sct support that ODB II pin 13 needs to read 18V. Is this correct? Is this with the device plugged in or not? I need some help. Thanks
