EGR Valve Delete

Would this egr valve delete kit prevent an EGR cooler failer? I don't see if the cooler failed how coolant would get back into the intake.

What issues do you see with doing this and not blocking off the cooler at the up pipe?

no deleting the EGR valve will not prevent the EGR cooler from failing.
