p2290 after tune?

so i installed my innovative tune a few weeks ago and i love it so far, but im getting a CEL every once in a a while (P2290 injector control to low), it does it once it hits 80 mph, but only if you are going from a stop to about 40 mph, and only at WOT, if its above 40 mph and you pin it, it will not come on. is it not getting enough fuel or is it something else

That code is for high pressure oil, not fuel, its probably the tuner. But check icp sensor for oil intrusion to be sure.
