SCT Problems

I purchased a SCT X3 from Innovative diesel a few days ago. I just got it in the mail today. I thought the tunes were already going to be on there from Innovative. Well, they werent so I had to wait till I had time to download them. I have been online trying to figure it out for about 3 hours now. The farthest I have gotten is I have the shortcut to the X3 Updater on my screen. When I try to download the tunes that Innovative sent me it says my programmer isnt connected. I have already downloaded it onto windows too. I am stuck and confused will someone help please. Thank you!

Ok nevermind I figured it out. I forgot where I put the Firmware program. Got my tunes on it from Innovative. Goin to go see if I can wake up the neihbors!!!!

Hey... How did it run with the new tunes? What motor and year is your truck? I am considering an X3 from Innovative and am gathering all of the info. possible. I am also wondering if I can install this programmer and their tunes without having performance head studs. My truck would only have a 4" turbo back exh. and the tuner. Any thoughts?

JCG... i have been runnin a stock intake(until tonight) and a stock exhaust minus the cat and muffler, and i run the extreme race tune all day long and havent had any probs at all.. granted i dont hammer on it 24/7 but i havent had any issues at all... my oil/water temps stay around 190-200 and tranny temp stays below 130 unless doin alot of town driving then it gets up into the 140's. pyro never gets above 1050 unless im hammerin on it hard for a while...... good luck.. the sct with tunes from eric at innovative is an amazing piece of equipment.
