Trying to get eric extreme tunes in Canada

HI, i just received my used sct tuner in the mail
(After selling my bullydog). The custom tunes had a file called strtfirm
I did not like the neck snapping shifts. I tried to get the custom tunes
for extreme street tunes by eric from Innovative diesel, but i cant get them to ship up to canada. Which leads to my question

1. Can't the tunes be sent via email?
2. Can i change the firmness on the tune that came with the tuner?

your strategy might be too different on the vehicles up there to write a program ... i dont know if thats the case... its just a guess since I dont have a canadian vehicle...

I also live in Canada and I have bought a tune from Eric. Just send him a email at this email (sales@innovativediesel.com). Tell him which tune you would like to purchase...if you want to speed things up also send him your stategy number and SCT device serial number in this email. He will get back to you and let you know how to send the payment and once he receives payment he will email you the tune.

Innovative was closed all last week but open again on monday. He probably is going to have a back log of orders to deal with(including the second tune i purhcased from him yesterday) so if he doesnt reply to your email right away that is probably why.

You are going to love the tunes from eric. The first tune i bought was xtreme street. Absolutely love it but occasionally i get a weird shift that seems to flare and when it finally shifts it feels like you just got rearended. I am working with eric to try and resolve this. I just sent him a order yesterday for just a street tune hoping i will get a little better mileage from it over the xtreme street. And when funds allow im going to purchase his xtreme race and a towing tune of some sort.

I agree with the previous poster. Shoot him an email. That is how they send the tunes to you. You will be pleased with the tunes you get from him. Be sure to tell him everything you have done to your truck and also our tire size. Let him know exactly what you are wanting from your truck and what you use your truck for. He will work with you to find the best tunes for you and your truck. That is the beauty of custom tuning. It is done especially for you and your truck!

i live in manitoba. and i have gotten tunes a few times from eric. it is no problem to get them through email. maybe he thought you wanted the tuner as well.

I just recently got 3 tunes from Eric up here in the Great White North. It just gets billed to your cc and he emails them to you, for me it was in 2 days. If you buy 3 it is cheaper per tune than one at a time and cause nothing is physically xing the border no extra taxes!

Holy smokes you are super close to me then...got any pictures of your truck? What else have you done to it?

You will love the xtreme tune. Ive been running xtreme street on my truck for about 2 months now. I just ordered a street tune from eric last week but havnt received it yet. Then in a few weeks when i have a few extra dollars im thinking of ordering the xtreme race.
