FICM Flash Tomorrow!

Getting my FICM flashed tomorrow by power hungry performance - about an hour drive up to PHP near Athens, GA so I will let y'all know how she runs on the highway back.

I am about a 3.5 hour drive from there. The thought has crossed my mind to just hop in the truck one day and head towards GA. I am anxious to hear how it performs.

Do they have it ready early? They announced release date or July13, or July11-12 if you're in Washington state.

This was the best $125 upgrade I have made on my truck. Throttle response is significantly improved, and I would estimate +1 MPG improvement - I have not done a hand calculation. Bill was nice enough to adjust my computer for my 37" tires so my speedo finally reads right.

Do they tune the FICM while it's still mounted in the truck, or do they remove it?

Maybe a stupid question, but I axed it.

Usually they work via mail order on a removed device, since I live nearby I drove over and the FICM was flashed through the ODB-II port.
