Need a SCT help

I desperately need the help of an SCT expert. Trying to load new firmware, says "failed to write bulk data. Device #0. Do I need to dump the existing custom tunes first? If so, how? 3 custom tunes on x3 when bought used.
Sct site isn't very helpful, unless I'm just missing something
Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for everybody's help. It is sure nice to see such helpful people who run, and rave about these tuners, offer their wisdom and insight, to fellow members. This is what it is all about. If I can help anyone who has tried to help me out with my dilemma, please don't hesitate to ask. I will be more than willing to extend the (finger) favor.

Rock, it's Friday night and everyone has had a long week with very few on here tonight.
Someone will be along over the next day or two, just hang on.

Thanks WD, got it figured out. I consider myself somewhat computer literate, but this was stumping. I appreciate your reply though. I will always be willing to help out anybody that is helpful to me though, no matter what. Seems like there was alot of people on here, just not on here to extend help.

Lots of members simply dont have the time to get online during the week, chill out man an attitude like that definately isnt goinna get you answers any faster! The Term " Free Help" comes with a grain of salt, free is free just because you didnt get an answer to your thread in one day doesnt mean everyone is ignoring you. Now to address your problem, you mentioned that you purchased the SCT used. Are you Positive that its not VIN locked to the previous owners truck?

I hope that the man who has the nerve to ask for free help and then attacks the same people he is looking for support from for not replying quick enough has the morals to at the least apologize
