Tow/Haul Fuse??

I just recently purchased a '05 PSD Ford Excursion and noticed that when I push the tow/haul button on the shifting lever the light doesn't come on and I don't notice any different at all. I looked in the owners manual but can't seem to find the exact fuse that would deal with the tow/haul switch. Short of pulling every fuse I've looked every where with no luck. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Try no. 24. I think it is on the same fuse with the electronic temp. control. I think it's 24. Not positive tho.

I have the same problem in the '05 Excursion I bought from my dad and he said he has had the same issue in previous fords (explorer's and such) and you have 2 options, take it into a lower gear such as 1st and the button will work or you can replace the whole steering column. This is just what he said, I haven't gone to ford myself because I never tow anything.
