14-15 f250 hitch fit on an ex?

My hitch is rusted bad and looks terrible. Found 14-15 f250 take offs in 2" or 2 1/2" for $200.

Would one work on my 03 ex?

I want to say no - that the Ex has a different hitch because of the fuel tank.

They look somewhat the same. I know the cmback of the ex is welded closed for safety. I'm wondering more along the lines of if the holes line up with the frame. I could always weld a plate for protection on a hitch
