Fog Lights aren't working??

I have had my 05 Excursion for less than a month now and have an issue with the factory fog lights - the ones that straddle the front license plate.

I have not been able to get them to turn on whatsoever. I have tried every light switch configuration and can not make them come on. They do not appear to be blown, and I have not traced the wiring to make sure there isn't an issue there. Just want to make sure I am not missing something, like a magic switch I do not know about.

I haven't researched it yet, but does anyone know which fuse those lights run off of?? That would be a quick elimination....

Just making sure that you have tried pulling the headlight switch out towards you after the headlights are on.

I abso-freakin-lutely love it!!

It is my first diesel so I am learning the ropes with this lifestyle change. It is also my first 4x4, so I have a ton to learn. I just want to learn as much as possible, as soon as possible, so I can keep this beast pristine forever.
