2003 excursion ac problems

Ok well I made a 6 hr trip this past weekend. On the way down I had no issues. Coming back it was about 98* and I had the front and rear AC running. All of a sudden the rear AC vents were not cold. The were just FAN temp. The front stayed cold. Now the confusing part is once I got home and the truck Sat for about two hours. I started it back up and drove to town. And the rear AC blew cold the entire time. It's almost like the rear condensor froze up then thawed. Freon pressure is almost perfect. No leaks.

Sounds like the TXV might be failing or failed.
