Rough Shifting after SCT X3 Install...

I have the Xtreme Street tune running in my rig since we figured out the issues yesterday and it sure seems to shift rough? I worry about the tranny, it seems the lighter I drive it the harder it shifts. Any comments, suggestions??? With the stock tune the EX shifts so smooth you hardly feel a thing.

It will shift firmer. The trick is to vary your driving style over the next couple days the torqshift transmission learns
