Aftermarket engine block heater

Hello.

i've searched everywhere on the internet but couldn't find a plug-in heater that circulates coolant to the block, fuel lines, fuel filter, and fuel tank.

from the multiple systems i have found, i like most the heaters with their own coolant reservoir (completely apart from the car's coolant, etc). however, none is a complete system that heats ALL the above elements. apparently, even the factory block heater doesn't cover it all.

the reason i want such complete heating: i live in utica, ny. -20 deg F for a solid week with avg. temps around 0 for the 6 months of winter.

HELP!

thanks
doug
