After six weeks I finally got back from body shop now I just need some new rims and tires. Those just dont do it for me

I think your wife is right. There's a natural rake to the roof line, which you've eliminated. So the back wheel well is higher than the front. I guess it's a matter of preference, if you want the roofline to be flat or the wheel wells to be equal...
