05 excursion loss throttle response need help!

05 6.0 excursion. Loss throttle response
I have. 05 6.0 excursion. Bone stock.
Engine light is on with dtc codes: p0407 p0488 p0299 p069
When driving sometimes I have no problem and then all of a sudden when foot is on peddle nothing will happen. I changed both fuel filters. Cleaned egr valve. Was very dirty since egr is still on truck. Of course the intake manifold was caked up. Took the truck to a local shop said egr valve needed to be replaced. So I replaced it and still had problems.
Truck does not smoke and never dies.

Will egr delete solve this problem?
