05 EX possible purchase - OASIS, etc. Help!!!!

I have found an 05 EX that I'm wanting to purchase. It's a Eddie Bauer package, completey stock with the 6.0. Asking price $19,900 with 58k miles.
I would be a first time PSD owner and need to know where I get a OASIS report? Can someone on here look at that for me? Also, I would be the 3rd owner, orignally purchased in OR, drove 36k miles and then 2nd owner had it in CA until 58K. Do I have anything to worry about with state of CA emissions? I heard they require mods possibly to the engine to make them state legal. Sorry, I'm a beginner with these subjects and any feedback would be most helpful. I need to have a decision to the dealer by tomorrow or it's gone! Thanks, also any other items I should address prior to purchase?

Nothing needs to be done for CA emissions. Sounds like a pretty good price. You can get free Oasis reports here if you are a premium member. Only costs $20 and believe me, after you buy that Ex, you're gonna want to be a member here.
Good luck,
Dave
