6.0. 03-05 differences

I know the 05 has different headlights and front grill but are there any differences? In the market to buy.

Yes the 6.0 after 10-03 (2004 model year) is the later style 6.0. If you look in the door there will be an information tag with the build date. The later builds had updates for reliability.

The interior on the 05 is unchanged. It did not get the facelift like the F-series.

05 only models look like 2005-2007 trucks. they get the bumper, grille, headlights, and tow mirrors with blinkers.

00-04 tow mirrors don't have blinkers

otherwise, they're pretty much identical from 2000-2005. colors and slight exterior trims changes are only true differences

What he said, you beat me to it. I thought the grill, bumper and lights were the main changes?

The '05 has the 100mm water pump not the 90mm one that's in the earlier years.

I completely forgot about the water pump. I don't know how as I had to change mine out. Sent them the VIN and they still sent me the wrong one initially!
