Question Excursion Hitch Replacement

So my hitch pin hole is worn out and elongated from the previous owner and my trailer is just adding to it.

I was looking for a replacement hitch for the ex but cant find any. So does anyone know if the f-250 hitch will bolt up?

If I cant find someone to do a quality repair to the hitch I would rather not pay dealer prices.

I would imagine that you could possibly have some thick, hardened washers welded to the outside of the holes for the pin. I would imagine that the pin would still be long enough to clip on the other side. This would most likely be the cheapest (and still safe) fix.

The whole excursion hitch is
tough to find, i think only 1 or 2 manufacters make one.. especially a class 4 hitch. The reason is the hitch is used as crash support for the rear frame / fuel tank. it has special bolts in it also.. I 'm looking into getting a class 4 or doing a custom beefier hitch made up myself.
