2005 6.0 Excursion with 118'000 miles

I am looking at a 2005 excursion limited with the 6.0 it has 118,000 miles on it. At around. 50,000 miles the egr cooler went and then the heads went. Everything was repaired with no issues since then. Trucks looks perfect inside and out, he wants $15k. How many more miles will this truck last. Would I be able to get 5 years out of it at 15,000 miles a year, which would put it at 200k miles.

Take the vin to a dealership make sure u find out details like the delta range what kinda coolant is in the truck. What kind of headgasket is in it. Are they new heads or resurfaced ones? Also egr cooler went was a stock on put on or a bulletproof one? Also ask if the oil cooler was changed? Just make sure u go into it getting all the details
