03 Excursion front bumper light bar

Thinking of make a light bar to hold 4 - 6 inch kc lights !! Anyone done this or any ideas on what to use ??? Probably 2 inch flat stock but want some ideas please !! Also going to use bumper front bolts by tow hooks for a mounting spot !!???

Personally I would build it with some tubing/pipe so that you could loom the wiring inside for a cleaner look. Here are a few ideas that might give you some direction,

Manufacturers of high quality Nerf Steps, Prerunners, Harley Bars, Light Bars, Replacement Front Bumpers, Rock Rails, Rear Runners, Tire Carriers & Truck Accessories
