Build Differences

Are there any discernible diffences between a 2005 Ex built in 2004, and a 2005 Ex built in mid to late 2005?

I don't think. The Excursions used up alot of the '04 parts. unlike the pickups. Some of the 05 pickups had the newer HPOP, etc....Also all excursions used dana 50 fronts were the pickups used dana 60s from 2003 up, older had to be f350s to get the Dana 60 front. all excursions did not have the upfitter switch wiring.
